This unique buy-onboard dining service offers a selection of made-from-scratch entrees prepared by the chefs of Milwaukee’s celebrated Mader’s Restaurant. Your flight attendant will announce which selections are available on today’s flight. Please note that the number of meals available on any particular flight is limited.

Breakfast

Three Cheese Omelet*
Three-cheese omelet and garlic herb potatoes. Served with fresh fruit and strawberry blended yogurt. $8

Continental Breakfast
Freshly baked croissant filled with ham and cheese. Served with fresh fruit and strawberry blended yogurt. $6  

Lunch 

Chicken Caeser Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce topped with chicken, Parmesan cheese, red onions and croutons. Side of homemade Caesar dressing and a hearty roll. $11

Ham and Turkey Club Pita
Roasted ham and turkey club pita with lettuce and tomato. Served with Kettle chips and dijonaise dipping sauce. $6 

Dinner

Pot Roast*
Savory pot roast, potatoes and green beans sautéed with diced red peppers. Side salad with vinaigrette dressing and a dinner roll. $11
