This unique buy-onboard dining service offers a selection of made-from-scratch entrees prepared by the chefs of Milwaukee’s celebrated Mader’s Restaurant. Your flight attendant will announce which selections are available on today’s flight. Please note that the number of meals available on any particular flight is limited.

Breakfast

Apple and Blueberry Pancakes*
Apple and blueberry pancakes with orange maple butter. Served with grilled sausage patty and raspberry yogurt. $8

Continental Breakfast
Freshly baked croissant filled with smoked ham and cheddar cheese. Served with vanilla cappuccino yogurt and honey almond granola. $6  

Lunch 

Salad with BBQ Beef Brisket
BBQ beef brisket on a bed of fresh mixed greens with corn relish, cucumber slices and red onions. Served with blue cheese dressing and corn bread. $11

Grilled Chicken Wrap
Grilled chicken, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and lettuce rolled in a sun-dried tomato tortilla. Served with kettle chips and Parmesan peppercorn dipping sauce. $6 

Dinner

Seafood Mornay*
Shrimp sautéed in lemon butter and thyme and simmered in a light lobster Mornay sauce with fusilli pasta. Served with asparagus and baby greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette. $11

Grilled Chicken Wrap
Grilled chicken, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and lettuce rolled in a sun-dried tomato tortilla. Served with kettle chips and Parmesan peppercorn dipping sauce. $6
