Member Eligibility
- Companies generating between $10,000 and $100,000 in Midwest Airlines
("Midwest") flown revenue each calendar year are eligible for the Best Care
Business Program ("Program").
- Companies that currently have a Midwest Corporate Agreement are not eligible
to participate in the Program.
- Travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators, and other sellers of travel may
book travel for members of the Program but are not eligible to participate in
the Program in any other manner.
- Companies exceeding $100,000 per year in Midwest flown revenue are not
eligible for the Program, but may be eligible for other Midwest programs.
- Midwest reserves the right to require a minimum number of travelers per
membership and to determine Member Company eligibility in the Program.
Individuals and businesses with fewer than two travelers are prohibited from
participating in the Program.
- Midwest reserves the right to require minimum activity levels from the
Member Company in a given period of time. Member Company must maintain at least
$2,500 in Midwest flown revenue (net of refunds, fees, taxes and commissions)
per quarter or $10,000 in Midwest flown revenue per calendar year to be
considered as active in the Program.
Member
Participation
- Participation in the Program is solely between Midwest and the Member
Company, and is subject to all terms and conditions, rules, regulations,
policies, and procedures that Midwest, at its discretion, may adopt from time to
time.
- Points may only be earned by booking Midwest travel through your travel
agency of record or on www.midwestairlines.com.
- Upon acceptance of Member application, Midwest will furnish Member Company
with a unique Member Company number (Best Care Business account number). In
order to receive credit for flown revenue, the Best Care Business account number
must be placed in the Tour Code box of the Midwest ticket by the Member
Company's travel agency of record or be placed in the Best Care Business box on
the booking page at www.midwestairlines.com.
- Participation in the Program is solely between Midwest and the Member
Company, and is subject to all Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations,
policies, and procedures that Midwest, at its discretion, may adopt from time to
time.
- Midwest has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, earning
guidelines, incentives, and awards or redemption benefits, at any time without
notice. Such changes may pertain to eligibility, revenue requirements, rules for
the use and transferability of Program Awards, restricted travel dates, and the
number of seats available for award travel. Midwest has the right to (i) end the
Program with 30 days notice, or (ii) immediately terminate without notice any
Member Company who abuses or fails to adhere to the Terms and Conditions.
- If a Member Company does not earn Award Points during any calendar quarter;
Midwest may withhold quarterly statements and other Program correspondence from
such Member Company. Midwest may, at its sole option, remove a Member Company
from the Program due to 12 consecutive months of inactivity, or if the minimum
flown revenue requirements have not been met.
- Program Administrator ("Administrator") is responsible for communicating and
ensuring that their Member Travelers abide by all Terms and Conditions. The
Administrator will be responsible for requesting and distributing Program
Awards.
- Member Company may change the designated Administrator for the Program by
updating their Administrator information with Midwest.
- Member Company may be asked to provide documented verification of employment
of Member Travelers.
- Member Company may not use "Midwest Airlines" or "Best Care Business" in any
public advertising.
Best Care Business Award
Points
- Only flown revenue on Midwest Airlines and Midwest Connect will contribute
to quarterly revenue (net of refunds, fees, taxes, and commissions) for the
purpose of earning Award Points.
- Midwest reserves the right to exclude or modify specific fare types in all
or specific markets from its calculation of Flown Revenue.
- Member Company will earn one Award Point for every $1,000 of eligible flown
revenue. Each quarter, Midwest will calculate a Member Company's flown revenue
and determine the number of Award Points earned by such Member Company.
- Midwest will post Award Points to Member Company's account no later than 30
days after qualifying revenue is flown.
- At the time of ticketing, the Member Company's Best Care Business account
number must be placed in the Tour Code box of the Midwest ticket by the Member
Company's travel agency of record be placed in the Best Care Business box on the
booking page at www.midwestairlines.com to attribute flown revenue.
- Tickets flown that do not contain a Best Care Business account number or
contain an invalid Best Care Business account number will not be eligible for
Award Points. Midwest is not responsible for incorrect Best Care Business
account number entries (typos, case sensitivity, transpositions, etc.).
- Award Points do not expire so long as Member Company's account remains
active.
- Midwest reserves the right to audit any and all accounts at any time and
without notice to Member Company to ensure compliance with the Terms and
Conditions and applicable conditions of carriage and/or tariffs. In the event
that an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing of Program
Awards, the accrual of Award Points and the delivery of quarterly statements may
be delayed by Midwest until such discrepancies or violations are resolved to
Midwest's satisfaction. Pending such resolution, Midwest, in its sole
discretion, may prohibit Member Company from redeeming Award Points or using a
Program Award.
- Only qualified tickets used to travel after the Best Care Business Program
enrollment date is eligible for credit in the Program. Award Points or qualified
flown revenue will not be posted or tracked retroactively.
Program Awards
- Program Awards (i) shall consist of travel awards, upgrades to the Midwest
Miles Executive Membership, Best Care Club passes, and any other awards that
Midwest may designate as Program Awards; (ii) shall be accompanied by specific
information and applicable terms and conditions relevant to such awards; (iii)
are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration,
(iv) are void where prohibited by law. Program Awards will be mailed only to a
Member Company's Administrator at an address provided to Midwest by such Member
Company. Member Company must advise Midwest of address changes. Midwest shall
have no liability for lost, destroyed or misdirected mail or the consequences
thereof.
- Member Company shall allow Midwest three weeks from the date Midwest
receives a Program Award request to process such request.
- Participants in the Program agree that all awards and other benefits of the
Program are offered at the discretion of Midwest, and Midwest may among other
things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award or award level; or limit the
number of seats available to any or all destinations.
- Program Awards are subject to applicable fees including, but not limited to,
expedite and other special handling fees. Determination of income tax liability
on any Program Award is the responsibility of the user. Tickets issued in
connection with a Program Award are not applicable for travel on Midwest's code
share service with other carriers.
- Fraud or abuse in relation to Program Award usage is subject to appropriate
administrative and/or legal action by Midwest. Such action may include, without
limitation, the forfeiture of all Program Awards and Award Points credited to
the Member Company’s account, as well as cancellation of the Member Company's
future participation in the Program. In addition, Midwest reserves the right to
take all available remedies at law or in equity. If a trip has been started at
the time Midwest deems a violation has occurred, any continued travel will be at
the passenger's expense on a full fare basis.
- Member Companies may redeem award points after a minimum expenditure of
$10,000 worth of qualifying travel in their first full year of participation.
