Reservation E-Mails
When you book a reservation with us, you’ll be kept informed of your reservation’s status through a series of e-mails.
1. a.Your Itinerary Is Being Held. When you select an itinerary at midwestairlines.com but have not yet purchased it, you’ll receive an e-mail verifying that your itinerary is being held for you, and with the date by which you must purchase or cancel.
b.Your Itinerary Has Been Purchased. When you select an itinerary and complete the purchase process at midwestairlines.com, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. This e-mail will recap your payment information and selected itinerary.
2. Your Itinerary is Ticketed and Confirmed. After your itinerary has been ticketed, approximately 24 hours after purchase, you’ll receive a confirming e-mail with full itinerary details, seat assignments and purchase price. This e-mail will also provide airport information for your departing airports, including terminal and gate locations.
3. Your Itinerary Reminder With Online Check-In Option. The third e-mail will arrive approximately 24 hours before your scheduled departure. It will offer you the option of checking in online and will remind you about luggage requirements. This e-mail will also highlight your flight’s features, including inflight entertainment and Best Care Cuisine options.
4. Your Feedback Is Welcome. The fourth e-mail you’ll receive from Midwest Airlines will arrive approximately 24 hours after your trip is completed. This e-mail will offer the opportunity to participate in a survey regarding your experience with Midwest to help us make “The best care in the air” even better.
